This mornings bike ride was almost a success. We headed out at 5:30am with the most amazing weather ahead of us for our 50 mile bike ride. Sadly three miles into it we found out that the street we needed to ride on to connect to the path was closed!! BOO! Have no fear we had a plan B (well kinda) and took off for a 20 mile ride through Sunset.
About an hour into the ride I had a mini Coconut Cream Larabar.
Loved riding with friends 🙂
After our two hours of riding we hit up a local coffee shop for some coffee and oatmeal 🙂 Love just being able to sit and chat and not RUSHED to be somewhere after!!!
After breakfast I swung by Target for a couple of items and ended up trying on this oh so adorable jumper. This is not something I have ever owned or even ever thought I would own. I thought what the heck and tried it on. I did buy it and it is up for negotiation?
On the way home I picked up some food supplies for tonight’s dinner with the BFF’s. Hubby and I are having D and Ging over along with their men for dinner and games. This might be the last time we all get together before the two BABIES arrive!!!! D only has 3 more weeks! I am excited about the Fruit Cobbler I am making 🙂
For lunch I made a scrumptious salad.
On top of a bed of greens I added:
- chopped pineapple
- chopped watermelon
- cucumbers
- fresh mint
- leftover chicken from last night
- chopped celery (the perfect crunch)
- 1 tbsp of Fat Free Poppy Seed dressing
Off to take a nap and then…
- clean kitchen
- clean bedroom
- sweep + mop
- clean both bathrooms 🙁
- cook dinner (we are grilling out)
