This morning I woke up and did some light stretches in bed. I woke up feeling like I was BEAT with a bat last night, two night of boxing in a row will do that to me. It’s funny how kickboxing is one of the only things that I do that really works my ENTIRE body and let’s me know it the next day, I really want to go to HAWT Yoga soon with Angie.
For breakfast, I was so happy that I made Muesli last night to enjoy this morning.
Last night I soaked 1/2 cup of oats, 1 cup of soymilk, cinnamon, vanilla, honey, and flax seed.
This morning I added 1/2 cup of yogurt, Zoe’s Granola, 3/4 of an apple, blueberries, and grapes from our vine.
Of course there was a spoon of Natural PB involved, I need to get me some more BARNEY BUTTER!!!
