Carrot Concoction

Morning friends!

Not sure what body part isn’t hurting this morning!!

I can hardly believe I have been doing kettle bells for over 2 months now and still feel every muscle working, but nothing a hot shower couldn’t fix 😉

I really try to show tough love to all my kickboxing class, but I think I smile too much.

Here’s my tough face…I TRY! Either way they get a GREAT workout!

BREAKFAST

With the weather getting warmer I have been craving smoothies! Although I love my Green Monsters, I am really digging my Carrot Concoctions!

This morning I threw into the Vita-Mix : 2 small oranges, 2 carrots chopped, 1/4 cup wheatberries (for protein), 1 tbsp flax seed  and 1 chopped frozen banana.

Random Question: My nephew is volunteering to cheer on some racers this weekend and needs some great running slogans for posters, what are some of your favorite??
