Today I had the pleasure of enjoying lunch at Panera Bread thanks to the wonderful Taste Master Program! It’s kind of funny because I meet at Panera with a friend every Monday and Friday morning and rarely do we ever get lunch as it is always so early… I always go in for their coffee though!
I have been a fan of Panera Bread since I first starting going in college and it never fails to amaze me the fresh and healthy options they always have. Today I was torn between so many different salads and soups on the menu, but like most times I go I like to try something new so I went with the Pick 2 menu and got the Garden Vegetable with Pesto Soup and the Roasted Turkey Harvest. They both were superb! The Garden Vegetable is a lighter soup that has just the right amount of tomato flavor mixed with the wonderful rich and hearty vegetables. The Roasted Turkey Harvest salad was FALL in a bowl! Loved the mix of pecans, cranberries, pear and turkey together!
I love that they were both on the lighter side as I am trying to get back to clean eating after the HOLIDAY! I can’t wait to see what’s to come on the winter menu as I am sure I will be back soon! Thanks Panera for the wonderful flavorful and healthy lunch!
Disclaimer: As part of the DailyBuzz Healthy Living Program, I received free gift card for Panera Bread and a stipend from Panera Bread. However, my opinions are entirely my own.
