I think I could live off of grilled peppers and mushrooms, well really any grilled veggies. I think I shall have to prep some for the rest of the week. My lunch today was a little bit of everything I love, and quite possibly the easiest things to make!

I had a bowl of last night’s Moraccian Chicken with Whole Wheat Cous Cous topped with leftovers grilled veggies from the BBQ this weekend.

How’s your Monday going so far?

It’s already like 100 degrees here in SO CAL!!!! I love it!  I teach kickboxing tonight so I am hydrating like crazy!
