Happy Monday Everybody! New week, new beginning. Last night I went to bed with a lot of anxiety, not sure why but I will not let it ruin my day!
When I got out of bed this morning my left IT band was very achy, I knew I needed to do some yoga and get on my foam roller. I did a nice 20 minutes of yoga poses without instruction and then worked my IT bands out with the monster roller! I felt so much better.
The inspiration for my oats this morning was this beauty:
I mixed 1 tbsp into my oats while cooking.
1 tbsp ground flax
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tbsp of PB2
1 tbsp TJâ€™s Cranberry Apple Butter
