Can you believe it’s already going to be Friday?! Where did the week GO?! Seriously!

DINNER

Tonight I finally got to make dinner at home!!! I feel like the Hub’s and I have been eating out when and where we can for the past week, because it has been GO GO GO!

I have had this bag of TJ’s BBQ Chicken Teriyaki… forever! Tonight was the night to bust it out!

It’s super easy to make. You just dump the chicken into a microwave safe bowl for 4-5 minutes. When it comes out you just toss it in the teriyaki sauce. I only used one packet instead of the two that they give you!

I also did the super easy way to steam up some veggies. I just added in my bag of stir-fry frozen veggies to a 1/2 cup water and let the water evaporate 🙂
