Hi friends! Sorry I was MIA yesterday the day never stopped running 😉
Last night we enjoyed a lovely dinner at a local restaurant called Eureka Burger. It’s not your typical burger joint, I think they may have the best burgers I have ever had!!

I decided on the Fig Marmalade Burger, but substituted the beef with turkey. I would normally say no bacon either, but my brother and I were splitting it. Check out these amazing toppings!!! GOAT CHEESE?!!
HOLY YUM!! I am so recreating this at home. I wish you all could have tasted how good this was. Go ahead try and take a bight 😉
I also had one of these crispy lettuce wraps. I could have just eaten these as a meal.
They also have the best Sweet Potato fries!! This might be the best burger I ever ATE!!
We also saw Inception!! If you haven’t seen it, go see it right now. I don’t want to give to much away, it was brilliant.
I slept in this morning and made some ww waffles with berries..no syrup needed.
