Yesterday at work I felt terrible. Not sure if it was something I had the night before, or if it was truly a stomach bug. Either way when I got home I was in no mood to go to the gym or put up our Christmas decorations, but I decided to try anyways. The gym didnâ€™t work out so well, 10 minutes into my run I wanted to throw up and then 30 minutes into me trying to decorate I ended up curled up in a ball on the floor.
Hubby was a great doctor and got me some saltine crackers, 7Up and Pepto. I ended up spending the whole night on the couch watching movies. I went to bed early and got up late this morning. Stomach is still queasy, but I am going to try and have some toast and PB. I have a full day at work today so I hope I get back to normal!!!
I HATE NOT FEELING MYSELF!!!
