I have a secret, I am not a huge fan of CARROTS! I mean I will eat them, but I am not a lover. Today, I became a LOVER!
Honey Glazed and Pecan CarrotsÂ
2 large carrots
1 tbps REAL butter
1 tsp honey
1/4 cup chopped pecans
pinch of sea salt
cracked pepper to taste
Directions:Â
Heat up pan with butter and throw in sliced carrots. Let simmer for about 5 minutes add in honey, pecans, sea salt, and pepper. Let simmer until softened and enjoy!
