I know most of you have probably heard of LiveStrong because of Lance Armstrong, but have you guys ever heard of LiveStrong.com?
I know I have mentioned it a couple of times here, but now that I am training again and I am focusing on getting the right amount of fuel in my body it is a huge help!! I love how easy it is to use. You can go online and manage your daily plate. You just add what you ate and it calculates all the information for you. It’s a great tool to have on your phone for when you are out to dinner.
The iPhone has a free app that I use all the time.
You can also keep track of how much water you are drinking as well. There is a nice pie chart that gives you your calorie breakdown and you can also save meals that you eat all the time. I have only added the GM, but plan to add more.
You can also add in your activity for the day as well and it keeps track of it for you!
There are so many great tips and tools that you can read to keep you motivated!!! I think whether you are trying to lose weight or maintain this is a wonderful FREE recourse!

This morning I had a great snack. I tried the new Yoplait Greek Strawberry Yogurt with Almond Vanilla Granola. The Greek yogurt was ok, it wasn’t as tart as most Greek Yogurt and definitely not as thick. I think Oikos is still my all time fave!
Tonight I hit the track for some killer intervals!!!
