Medicine Ball Workout #1

Thank goodness the rain held up all day and the sun came through 🙂

Today at work I had some re-booking business to do so I got to enjoy another wonderful meal with the Solitude ladies 🙂 I made a lovely salad at the buffet.

On my drive home I got to work on my memory verse for the week!

and as soon as I got home I threw on my running shoes and grabbed Mr. Boscers and went for a speedy 3 mile run! We were racing against the SUN, can’t wait for the time chance to happen!!! When I got home I made our favorite dinner, Cold Chicken Satay Noodles by Rachel Ray.
