Missed My Beauty Sleep

Six hours of sleep is not enough for this girl! I stayed up way too last night, and I am paying for it this morning. I was dragging to say the least, didn’t help that I woke up with a sore throat. I took some Emergency-C and hit the pavement for a slow and steady 3 mile run with the running buddy. I would have crawled right back in to bed if it wasn’t for her.

While I was running I was dreaming of pumpkin and banana bread!

My sweet SIL Michelle sent me a delicious care package this weekend that I have been excited to show all of you!

She also sent me this 1 pound bag of DD coffee, which was right on time because I had ran out the day before!!!

BREAKFAST

I found this can of pumpkin in my pantry this weekend and was so giddy, because I have missed my pumpkin oats!!

In the mix:

  • 1/3 cup oats, nonfat milk, water, 1/2 medium banana, pinch salt
  • sprinkle of pumpkin spice
  • 1/3 cup Libby’s pumpkin, stirred in at end
  • 1/2 tbsp cranberry apple butter swirled on top
  • A half tbsp of cashews
  • 1/8 Banana Nut Bread Clif Bar

    Today is the last RAW Wednesday and I am going all out!! I am going to try a recipe for dinner from a RAW cookbook I checked out at the Library this week. Or I might just check out Gena’s blog for some ideas:)

    Got to catch the bus, see you this afternoon with a
    marathon packing list!!
