What a fun filled day at the happiest place on earth!!
I made us sandwiches to eat for lunch at the park. A sardine and avocado sandwich and a peanut butter and honey sandwich for Matt.
This was such a great sandwich idea. I mixed a half a can of sardines and one small avocado with a little garlic and lime. Yummy!!!
We also dined at ESPN Zone since the game was on and all. I actually found something clean to eat. Their steak and avocado salad and it was delish!
This week we have some simple things on the meal plan:
Dinners
Monday: Disneyland
Tuesday: Chicken and Fish Tacos
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Honey Mustard Chicken
Friday: Work
Saturday: Date Night
Sunday: TBD
Lunches:
Salmon Salads
Quinoa and Tuna
Black Bean Soup
Breakfast:
Oatmeal
Protein Smoothies
Protein Pancakes
Egg White Scramble and Ezekial Toast
Snacks:
Cottage Cheese and Berries
String Cheese and an Apple
Greek Yogurt and Granola
Banana Protein Shakes
Pure Protein Bars
