Ok I’ll get to the 20 minute workout in just a minute, but first check out these Tacos!!
I made my salsa chicken in the crock pot and like always it came out perfect!! Then piled on the cabbage, avocado, Chobani Greek yogurt, and a little squeeze of lime. Prefecto!!!
Ok so on to the workout!
What you will need: free weights
Time: 20 Minutes
Do this circuit three times through:
50 Jumping Jacks
25 Squats with weights
25 Squat Jumps
20 alternating lunges with a bicep curl
20 Burpees
25 Pushups
40 Mountain Climbers
50 Bicycle Crunches
Repeat!
Get your strong on!
