I love my MUFAS, monounsaturated fatty acids â€” â€œa class of healthy fats found in foods like nuts and seeds, avocados, olives and certain vegetable oils.â€
This morning I woke up and decided to just go for a walk and enjoy the crisp morning. I know my body needed one more day of rest and I wanted to listen :). Is it hard for you to take a day of rest???
For breakfast I made an Egg Sammy filled with avocado, egg, spinach and a tomato.
Along with some kiwi and blueberries.
I have a busy day ahead of me, my first conference for work is this weekend and my first cross country meet is tonight!! I am kind of new nervous for the kids tonight, but I know they will do great!
