My Little Get-AWAY

The beach to me is my little get-away!

Yesterday I packed up my bike + breakfast and headed out to meet up with my dear friend Candice.

I am in LOVE with these Rush Meals in a Bowl!! It’s  smoothie in  bowl. Just grab and GO! Genius right? I think this one is my favorite flavors, I love the mix of banana+pineapple+mango.

I was so excited to get to ride along the beach. I really do LOVE riding, I need to get out there more! I think there is a race in my near future 😉
