Productive Lunch Break

Worked away this morning in the comfort of my kitchen, a wonderful work station ๐Ÿ™‚


I took a lunch break around 2 (I got so busy) and made a Simple Summer Salad, all of it is ok to have on the P90X Nutrition Plan.


  • Spinach
  • 1 Cup Strawberries
  • Sliced Almonds
  • Red and Green Peppers
  • 1 tbsp fat free Poppy seed dressing ๐Ÿ™‚


3 of my favorite flax seed crackers from Whole Foods + a Light Laughing Cow Cheese


Love using my cheese spread knife ๐Ÿ˜‰


After I finished eating I took a break from the computer and cleaned the house a bit.

Dusted and Vacuumed


Washed our sheets and made the bed ๐Ÿ™‚


I am not teaching Kickboxing tonight, thank goodness I asked to get it covered! I am still pretty sore. NEED MORE WATER!!!

Time to get back to work!

***I am able to listen to Pandora while I work here, anyone have a favorite station??? I am really enjoying Sara Bareilles with Ingird Michaelson variety!
