This morning all plans on going to Power Hour at the Yoga Studio went out the window when I woke up 3 times in the middle of the night. Thank goodness there is an evening class ๐

I have been meaning to try another Smoothie In a Bowl for a long time now. My first one turned out ok, but I knew I could do better!
Much Much Better!
In the Vita-Mix
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 3 cups baby spinach
- 1 tbsp flax seed
- 1 scoop Vega Vanilla Almond protein powder
- 1 cup of ice
Toppings
- Kashi Go Lean Crunch
- handful of sliced almonds
- unsweetened coconut flakes
Gotta get my butt to work!
Question: What is something that you have created that has turned out better the second time you tried it?

After I initially commented I appear to have clicked on the -Notify
me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on every time a comment
is added I get 4 emails with the exact same comment.
Is there an easy method you are able to remove me from that service?
