I had the worst night of sleep! I think I might have gotten in 2 hours maybe less. Needless to say I am staying home today and am going straight back to bed soon. What use would I be at work if I was half asleep all day 🙁 I just couldn’t fall asleep. So much on my mind. Don’t you hate when that happens. This happens to me at least 3 to 4 times a year, so it was bound to happen sometime soon.

BREAKFAST
I was really hungry this morning so I made a wonderful bowl of Blueberry Morning Oats. This bowl is packed with Antioxidants!
The mix:
- 1/3 cup oats, 1/3 cup almond milk, 1/3 cup water
- Pinch salt
- Half banana
- 1 tbsp dried fruit + nut mix
- Splash vanilla
- 2 tbsp of POM seeds
- Few tbsp of Honest Food granola
- 1/3 cup blueberries stirred in at end so as not to water down oats but still heat up
- Spoonful Maranatha PB
I also had a shot of Monavie
Now to bed 🙂
