Last night Hubby and I had his summer photo team over for dinner. I thought it would be nice to bless them with a home cooked meal since they will be eating camp food all summer 🙂 I remember what it’s like to be in their shoes.
I decided to go with a Taco Tuesday theme, who doesn’t like tacos right?
We are lucky to have a Mexican Market around the corner from our house and they sale the best marinated carne asada and chicken!
I also picked up all the fixings. The best part was I got all the food, even homemade tortillas for less then $30!!
Because the tortillas came in 3 dozen packets I made homemade chips 🙂 They were a big hit. Just cut, spray a little evoo on them, bake at 350 fro 15-18 minutes. YUM!
