The Wild Rocket and New Car!

Happy Monday!!!!!

I am so glad that tomorrow is my last day of work before I have a 5 day much deserved weekend!! I have been working for 12 days straight and tonight the Hubs was so sweet and took me out to a new Gastro Pub in town called the Wild Rocket. I was a little skeptical at first because the portions were smaller and I was starving.

I ordered one of their fresh piña coladas, made with agave, rum, fresh pineapple juice and coconut!

We shared a small plate (which basically the whole menu is comprised of small plates) goat cheese and stuffed dates (wrapped in caramelized bacon) can you say brilliant!

For my main dish I ordered the fresh salmon and asparagus was cooked absolutely perfect!

This place would be perfect for a girls night out!!!

Oh and guess what we got my new car!!! It’s a 2006 Honda Pilot LX, I named her Patience because I have waited so long for an SUV! No more snow chains for this girl.

Also today starts another amazing Beachbody Challenge group, I am calling Finish Strong in 60! 8 wonderful people have signed up an are ready to finish this year strong. I have decided to do a hybrid of P90X and Insanity for 60 days!! I am crazy I know 😉

Today I did P90X back and chest! Tony killed me!!

Only 70 more days till our trip to Hawaii and I am gonna look good!!!!!

Life is kinda crazy right now, but I am loving it and God is teaching me so much!!
