So Friday morning I will take off with 11 other runners to run yet another Ragnar Relay! This will be my third relay race and I am so excited!

This year we are running from Huntington Beach to Coronado Island! Only two of the most beautiful places in Southern California ๐ and I am runner #1!!
Bags are packed and I am ready to hit the road. Won’t be able to post too much until Sunday, but maybe if you all bug him enough Hubby will do another one of his OH SO FUNNY guest posts!!!

Before I head out I thought I would give you all
some FUN tips on how to prepare for a relay race.
#1. PICK 12 RUNNERS THAT KNOW HOW TO HAVE A GOOD TIME!
#2. PICK AN OCD CAPTAIN ๐
#3. BE PREPARED TO EAT ALL THE CARBS IN THE WORLD.
#3. STRETCH WHEREVER YOU CAN EVEN IF IT’S IN SOME RANDOM PERSONS FRONT YARD.
#4. BRING YOUR BED.
#5. WHERE CAUTION TAPE IT’S OH SO FLATTERING!
#6. BUT NOT AS FLATTERING AS LEOPAD BRAS!
#7. BRIBE YOUR FRIENDS WITH CANDY BARS TO BE YOUR VOLUNTEERS.
#8. SERIOUSLY BRING YOUR BED!
#9. WHERE REFLECTION VESTS SO YOU CAN LOOK HOT!
#10. DON’T BE THE FIRST ONE ASLEEP, YOU WILL GET BLACK MALED!
#11. LAST BUT NOT LEAST JUST HAVE FUN!!!!
