Today I want to share with you all a new workout move I learned from Killian, Jillian Michaels. They are called Harpies!!! It’s basically like a burpee/squat thrust, but with jumping up on a step! These are killer, in a good way ๐

Here is a 20 minute Circuit for you all with Harpies in it ๐
What you will need: Mat, Open space, Step (or a curb), chair, and 5-8 lb free weights.
1. (20) Jumping Jacks
2. (20) Pushups
3. (15)รย Military press with a squat
4. (20) Mountain Climbers
5. (20)รย Alternating Lunges
6. (20) Tricep Dips on a chair
7. (20) Harpies
8. (15)รย Plank Ups
Repeat 2-3 times
