{Virtual} Coffee Date

If we were having coffee this morning now I would tell you that I have become a 4am runner!! My marathon training is in full swing. I am training on Wednesday mornings at 4:45am, Fridays at 5am and Sundays at 5am. I would also tell you that because I am waking up before 5 am on most mornings (on Tuesday and Thursday I hit the Gym for weights) I am back to drinking coffee most mornings! I know I am an addict!

If we were having coffee this morning I would tell you, how April is my favorite month!! Its birthday MONTH!! I am really big on birthdays, mine is on the 20th and Hubby and I decided instead of buying each other gifts for our birthdays we are going to go on EXPERIENCES instead! Last month we went to Spring Training in AZ for Hubby’s birthday and this month for my birthday we are headed to Temecula for a little wine and relaxing!!

If we were having coffee this morning I would tell you that I am at a Women’s Retreat at my work. It’s pretty cool when part of the benefits of where you work is to attend a retreat. I invited my friend Amy and we are about to soak up the hiking, worshiped, solitude and ZIPLINING!!

If we were having coffee this morning I would tell you that prayer has been on my mind a lot lately. This is something I have a hard time being intentional about. Yes, I pray in the shower, but I mean really spending time in undistracted prayer. With all the things going on in my life on a daily basis, I know how much I need prayer and to pray for this little one God is going to bring into our lives, but I DON’T make as much as an effort as I could as I should!

If we were having coffee right now I would tell you that life is too short friends to have regrets, stoop wishing, stop yearning and just go out there and chase your dream!!

    I love April for the same reason! It is my birthday month as well. I am taking my birthday month this year as a time to reflect on my wellness and everything I have going on in my life and try to find more balance.
    Q: Do you drink coffee before your workouts? I also get my workouts started at about 5am every morning, but with my sensitive stomach I can’t ever eat or drink anything beforehand, I always have tea or coffee after my workout. Just curious how you time that!
