Happy Monday Friends!

Let us begin with the END in mind ๐Ÿ™‚

On my second week of PT and so far Ronni is doing awesome. I really like being her coach and helping her push her self. I joined her for a couple workouts and man I have even kicked my own butt! Nothing like a good sweat to start off your week ๐Ÿ™‚

We did everything from burpees, focus mitts, weights, ab workouts and sprints!


When I got home I made another killer smoothie.

Cherry Almond Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1tbsp flax seed
  • 1/2 ice
  • 1/2 almond milk


Time to get busy!

On the agenda:

  • Organize garage (just a few things)
  • Edit Photos from yesterdays photo shoot
  • Grocery Shop
  • Hot Yoga
  • Supper Club ๐Ÿ™‚

Question: Any requests for tomorrows 20 minute workout ideas???
