Hey friends!

I had an awesome 40 mile bike ride today, except my friend Becca got two flats and I lost my phone. But all is well and I will be getting a new phone  tonight! YAY for finally moving over to Verizon!

I am working all day, but thought I would share a little weekend workout, I think you will all love. It’s not a 20 minute workout, might take you anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour, but you will LOVE it!

This is a really intense workout that will get your heart rate up and you will burn some major calories!!

You are going to do each of these workouts 50 times for a total of 400 reps!!! Do it at your pace and remember do not compromise your form!

What you will need: timer + yoga matt+ and water! Rest 20 second between each exercise!

50 Burpees with a Jump

50 T Pushups

50 Inch Worms

50 Bicycle Crunches

50  Lateral Lunges

50 Jumping Jacks

50 Dynamic Planks

50 Knee tuck jumps
