Work Out Tip Wednesday

Wow it’s already Wednesday this week is flying by! Today is my rest day so I slept in till 7:30, but still had BAD dreams…I think it might be because I am going to bed so late. Last night after kickboxing hubby and I went to our friends the Spencer’s. Michelle and Chad are wonderful, and we have never had a chance to just hang out with them. It is one of our goals to hang out more with our friends on a one and one basis, and we DID it, off to a good start. It was great, we had pizza and a Caesar salad. The pizza was full of veggies, bell peppers, mushrooms,olives, tomatoes, and there was pepperoni(not veggie o well). I was starving after class so I had two and a half pieces of pizza and a huge salad.

After dinner we played this card game called hand and foot, it was such a fun game! Michelle and I kicked the boys butt, girls RULE! For desert I had 2 Peppermint Joe, Joes, and a cup of black decaf espresso.

For breakfast this morning, I made a warm bowl of pumpkin oats, it’s about time!

Combo:

½ c of oats
3/4 cup almond milk
½ c H2O
¼ c of pumpkin
½ banana sliced
1/4 c dried cranberries
Pinch of pumpkin spice
Handful of flax seed granola
Sprinkle of brown sugar
Spoonful of BARNEY Butter!

WORKOUT TIP WEDNESDAY

Alright folks the work out tip for this Wednesday comes from Mark Silinas,from Healthy Living Today!

1. 30 squats
2. 15 push ups
3. 30 second wall sit
4. 25 jumping jacks
5. 30 second plank
6. 15 Burpees

Take a 1 minute break and repeat it 2 times!

WRAP IT UP

Thanks everyone for all of the soul feeding music you posted yesterday, I can’t wait to listen to it! Feeding the soul is such a sweet thing, tonight hubby and I are having our first date night of the year, THIS WILL FEED my SOUL!!!! I can’t wait for Friday I am going out with a bunch of girls to see BRIDE WARS, such a chick flick, hope it’s a good one haven’t seen one in forever!!!! Alright I am out here, have a good one!

P.S.

I used my French press today, the best coffee ever!!! WHY HAVE I NEVER USED one of these!
