Well I met my awesome Propel Fit May Fitness Fear Challenge! So whatâ€™s next? Well they have challenged me to try one of my friend’s favorite workoutsÂ or bring them along to mine! Well, what the heck, why not both?! I have a lot of friends that I would love to invite over to put them through one of my crazy workouts and I guess I could try a friend’s workout.
So I have a friend who owns a CrossFit gym here in town and she been asking me to come check it out. (Yep, it’s true. I have never been to a CrossFit BOX). I have done some crossfit workouts, but just havenâ€™t stepped into a gym. What a great chance to finally do it!!! I love trying out new workouts with friends and having fun doing it! Well, letâ€™s hope itâ€™s fun!
I want to challenge you all to get out and try a new workout with a friend or, hey, bring a friend along for one of your favorite workouts! What do you say?
