Well how about a killer AB workout?!!
I know I am ready!!!
Time: 15-20 minutes
Equipment: Timer, a mat (Yep no equipment from the gym required).
AB WORKOUT:

3. Frog Planks (http://youtu.be/qfVwZdw3_CE)
4.Side planks 10 on each side (http://youtu.be/ckUwoMt2Hmk)
5. Knee Tuck Crunch (http://youtu.be/bhPrqD42I-U)
6. Ab Leg Cross (http://youtu.be/D_EZ60WJeyI)
Set your timer for 12 minutes and do each move for one minute (with 15 second rest in between) and repeat 2×3 times!
Trust me you will burn!
