Hello friends!!

Is it cold out there? Do you need some motivation to workout, but don’t want to leave the house? Well then I have the workout for you!!!

Workout: 20 minutes

What you will need: Free Wights, chair or something you can step up on and Yoga Mat (if you want)

Here it goes:

1. 25 Punches with fee weights
2. 20 Squat Jumps
3. 20 Step Ups (on each leg)
4. 20 Plyo Jacks (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AuE3uF1AptM)
5. 20 Bicep Curls with Shoulder Presses
6. 20 Tricep Dips
7. 10 Windmills with Pushups

The do this AB Workout
25 Basic Crunches
25 Toe Touches
15 Right Elbow to left knee
15 Left Elbow to right knee
25 Basic crunches
1 minute plank !

Get to it!!!
