Maximum cycles in 20 minutes of:

Do this set as many times as you can in 20 minutes!!!

50 Meter Sprint
10 Squat Jumps
10 Pushups
10 Full Situps
10 walking lunges alternating

Repeat until 20 minutes is up!!!
