20 Minute Tuesday

Happy 20 minute TUESDAY!!!

This is a whole body workout and a killer arm workout in 20 minutes. You will get your heart rate up and then down so you can burn the most calories possible!

 

Time: 20 minutes
What you need: Timer and YOU!

Do each workout for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest in between. Repeat 3 times!

1. Chair Dips 45 seconds
2. Jumping Jacks- 45 seconds
3. Pushups- 45 seconds
4. High Knees-45 seconds
5. Pike Push-Ups-45 Seconds
6. Burpees- 45 Seconds

Rest for 15 seconds in between at the end rest for 1 minute and REPEAT!!
