Time: 20 minutes or less
Equipment Used: mat + 5 lb free weights

1. (20) Jumping Jacks

2. (20) Sumo Squats with a Jump

3. (15)  Triceps Pushups

4.  (20) Hops on on leg and switch

5. (20) squat with a shoulder press

6. (10) Shuffle (5 seconds)  and Down

7. (30) Ab Twists

8. (15) Jelly Rolls (push up to sit up)

Repeat 2-3 times
