Time for a killer TMT!!

1000 workout

You will do the following circuit 10 times!

10 Burpees

10 Squat Jump Squats

10 Pushups

10 Full situps

10 Squats

10 Squat Thrusts

10 Jumpingg Jacks

10 Walking Lunges

10 Mountain Climbers

10 Leg raises

Stretch

Get to it!!!
