Happy hump day 🙂 Look what I did this morning…..

Ok maybe I didn’t do that, but I did take a 5:30 am Hot Yoga Class with this guy! I have to say it is so invigorating to do HOT yoga early in the morning. I LOVED IT! This will be in my new training plan for sure! I also got to use my Yogitoes Mat Cover for the first time in a “hot” yoga class and it was wonderful, not slipping for this girl 🙂 Purchase yours here.

Trying to add in more protein in my diet, because the P90X plan has me at 7 servings a day! Best way to get it in, in the morning is an egg sammie 🙂
