I picked up these amazing Adobe Beef Steaks from Fresh and Easy this week and I knew they were going to be a big hit in our house!
Pre-marinated HEAVEN!
Zucchini + Squash (in the foil)
I created the best steak salad EVER!!!
In the Salad:
- Mixed Greens
- Mango Chunks
- Corn
- Black Beans
- Cilantro
- 1/2 an Avocado
- Roasted Tomatoes
- 6oz Adobe Steak
