Today has not been as productive as I would have liked 🙁
Well that’s what sick days are for right??
For snack today I had a Nature’s Path Peanut Buddy Chewy Granola Bar. It was very scrumptious. I also had an apple.
For lunch I used everything I had in the fridge to make tuna sandwich.
TUNA MIX:
- 1 can of Tuna in water
- 1tbsp of Dijon
- 2 tsp of Low Fat Mayo
- 1/2 cup chopped celery + cucumber
This weekend we purchased Oat-Bran Bread at Schat’s Bakery. I couldn’t wait to try it.
I put the tuna mix on a bed of lettuce on top of one large piece of bread.
This bread was so soft and chewy.
Side of sweet lemon.
