On the Road Again

This morning I slept in until 7am and had to literally pull myself out of bed. I am still pretty sore, but really wanted to get a workout in! I did some deep stretching and then later I plan on going to the gym and getting in a sweat session.

After all the heavy food and drinks from the weekend I decided to make a GM.



  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 c blueberries
  • flax seed
  • 1 c soy milk
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 c ice


Tasted delicious!


While I was gone this weekend my CaliBowl’s came in the mail.

The CaliBowl is simple concept which makes you ask why hasn’t someone thought of this before! The bowls are designed with a wave like transition which pushes food either back into the bowl preventing spillages or onto your utensil for complete control of the food content. The bowls provide for a new unique way of enjoying food out of a bowl which is fun and easy. It makes eating simple and mess free by keeping all the food content in the bowl.


There are 4 bowls in the set.


One 5-cup bowl, one 3-cup bowl, one 1.5-cup bowl, and a one 1-cup bowl. This is also great for portion control!
