All’s Well

FRIENDS I AM EXCITED TO TELL YOU THAT I AM BACK AT IT!!!!

I was a little worried to teach tonight, but felt a lot better at work all day. I am so glad I did!! There is just something about getting back into they gym that really is the best medicine for me 🙂

I invited some co-workers for a little motivation 🙂

Apparently I kicked their butts!

Look who else is getting back to his normal self…well kinda still a little sluggish 🙁

Yep, Bosco got sick yesterday too and we had to take him to the vet. They said he has some stomach inflammation. The Doc said we don’t have the same thing..I asked.

It’s been one HECK of a week. Maybe I will cook tomorrow night, need some REAL food!
