Spring Into Summer Tip #1:Full Body Sculpting

The Spring Into Summer Throw Down is ON!

Now that I am back at it, I thought I would throw you another workout to do at home!!!  I truly believe that you don’t need a gym to get in a fully body workout. Just a little time and discipline. Here are some full body sculpting exercises that you can do at home:

1. Squat with upward shoulder press -Squat down, keeping your knees within the line of your toes, as you are moving down, push your arms up above your shoulders.

2.  Plie with upright row – Place yourfeet about shoulder width or more apart and turn your toes outward as far asyou can without falling over. Take a weight in both of your hands, or have both hands share a weight and hold in front of your body near your waist. Plie by bending your knees and lowering your body only a few inches – your knees should not go further than your toes. As you do this, you will lift the weight in front of you to your chest level.

3.Pushup/leg lift – Get into an all fours position on the floor, with your hands directly under your shoulders. Take one leg and lift it so that it is straight in line with your back. Lift the leg up and as you do that, lower your upper body down in a slight pushup. Raise the upper body up as you lower your back leg to the straight position.

Question: What are some of your favortie full body sculpting moves??
