Last night I had a lot of fun at the Women’s Study. We watched Fire Proof to start the study off on the right foot. All the women there are so sweet and I am glad that I chose to join 🙂
This morning for breakfast I realized we were out of OATS! Thanks to Costco I haven’t had to buy Oats in over 6 months. So after the shock wore off I decided to make another Egg and Avocado Sammie.
Two pieces of WW Bread, 1 Egg, Tomato, Spinach, Sprouts, and 1/2 an Avocado.
Devine!
Off to work in the snow 🙂

I choose HOT, I hate the cold but don’t mind it sometimes.
