Fro-Yo with the girls to tire this little lady out!
Tuesday Track Workout Take 10!
Can you believe I only have 5 more weeks until I try and BQ one more time?! I don’t know if I am getting used to this track stuff or if tonight’s track workout was tame, but it felt way easy.
Translation:
10 minute warm up
Run around track 2 1/2 times @ 4:16
One lap rest
Run around track 2 1/2 times@ 4:16
One lap rest
Run around track 5 times @ 8:52
One lap rest
Run around track 2 1/2 times@ 4:16
Cool down 10 minutes
Total Miles: 5.25
My legs felt pretty tight from the Relay this weekend, but nothing a little stretching and rest can’t cure.
DINNER
When I got home I had exactly ten minutes to make dinner before I headed out to my Women’s Study. I threw my chicken fajita mix I got at F&E in a skillet and cooked for a total of 7 minutes.
Threw the mix in two WW tortillas
A little ripe avocado
With FAGE and fresh salsa right on top.
MMMM!
Wrapped them up and threw in my purse to SCARF down on the way to my meeting.
The girls and I decided to take a little trip to Frugo’s Frozen yogurt! This is exactly what I have been waiting for all weekend and all week!!! I got Cake Batter + PB, with lots of fun toppings.
I am satisfied and ready to call it a night! Bosco is passed out at the foot of the bed, probably from all the play fighting he did all day 😉
