Best Burger I Ever Ate

Last night I had a date with an old coworker of mine “Sandy Pants”. She is my Timothy. She is a women I truly respect and love so much from. She teaches me more then she knows. She has two beautiful teenagers and such an amazing joy for the Lord, I hope to be as wonderful as a mom as she is 🙂

After our coffee date Hubs and I grabbed dinner at Eureka Burger. Love dining outside.

Their cups are HUGE! I think I drank all my weight in water last night 🙂

I order the Loma Linda Veggie Burger. It was unlike any veggie burger I have ever had. It was made with beats and kidney beans. With a side of sweet potato fries 😉

This burger would be perfect for anyone who is Vegan or Gluten Free!

BREAKFAST

When I woke this morning I was craving a “Mc Griddle”.

With a side of sliced peaches.

Music to my sole. 

Tonight we have company over so I am going to have to squeeze in my workout as soon as I get off work!!! KB here I come :)
