Boot Camp Recap

Today’s two hour Boot Camp was a big success, much sweat was made!!

This was us after the major sweat fest..it’s hard to tell but we were soaked!!!

I took some great video of what KB looks like. I know a lot of them ask me about my KB class so I thought I would show you all what it is we do. It is truly the best workout I have ever done!!!
