Tonight I had one heck of a killer KB workout! I think we shall call KB in the summer, a Detox WORKOUT. I think I lost about 10 pounds of sweat tonight.

Let me back up a bit…

I swear I do eat snacks and a great lunch everyday even though I haven’t posting them. I just haven’t had time these days to post from work. I HAVE to get AWAY from my desk at lunch or I would go CRAZY. Plus these days my lunches and snacks are pretty much the same. Except today I tried another Siggi’s Yogurt! I jut love the texture of this yogurt, it’s a lot like Greek Yogurt and the flavors just taste so light and fresh.

and around 3pm I had one of these bad boys. Picked up a couple at TJ’s this weekend, not too bad. It reminds me of the Larabar a little. It was a pretty good snack but not sure I would get it again.

After work I found out some very exciting news! D had her baby!!! I am super excited for her 🙂 She had an at home birth, mid-wife and all. I can’t wait to hear all about it. D is resting today and I am going to see her and meet sweet Evelyn Noelle tomorrow, I can not wait!!! She is beautiful!

After I got home from KB I made a GM with some Pom and Blueberry Sorbet (about a 1/2 cup).

OH WOW was it amazing as ever!

I just added to the Vita-Mix:

1 cup almond milk, 3 cups spinach, 1 tbsp of Almond Protein Powder, 1 frozen banana and some Sorbet and blended. So delish!

I also made a full pot of FP to stick in the fridge for ice coffee in the morning. It’s getting too hot for hot coffee!

Off to take a shower and crawl into bed. My sweet Hubby is already passed out!!
