I have decided to mix things up at NHS! Nothing to crazy just some new things to spice it up a little. Next week will be the beginning of all the new changes. I will be posting a workout once a week, a new recipe, and an organizing tip. I think you guys are really going to like it! BREAKFAST
After last nights KB class I didn’t manage to crawl into bed until 11pm, which is super late for me! Needless to say I was happy not to have to make breakfast this morning. I pulled out a lovely bowl of my leftover crock pot oats and heated in the microwave for about 2 minutes.
Voila!
The Cali Bowl works great in the microwave. When I pulled it out the bowl didn’t FRY my hands off!
In the MIX:
- Vanilla Almond Granola
- Handful of Sliced Almonds
- Handful of Raisins (miss these)
- 1tbsp brown sugar
- dash of flax seed
- one spoonful of Maranatha PB
