Clean and Press

Yesterday was a very interesting day at work. Our system was down ALL day, so the day was filled with "controlled" chaos. Needless to say when I got off work my 2 hour workout session at the KB gym was much MUCH needed.

This is my third week of Kettlebells and so far I have really enjoyed each workout. In case you were wondering here are the Benefits of Kettlebell Training for Women:

BREAKFAST

Today I was craving some CEREAL! Because cereal never fills me up, I try and stick to cereal filled with protein and fiber.

My three choices:

The Cheerios are Hubby’s, but I had to try them they looked so good 😉 AND THEY WERE! Topped with blueberries.

Mixed in some Fage…now this should keep me full for a couple hours 😉

I am taking Chicken Tortilla Soup to group tonight so I am already busy in the kitchen! Last night I had to slow cook the chicken, so the whole house smells amazing!!! One tip to making crock pot meals is to always get everything out the night before. If it’s in the fridge put all the things you need together in a bowl, the less thinking in the morning the better!
