Last night my left knee was really tight! I was hoping after I iced it last night when I woke up this morning it would feel so much better, well not so much. I have had this happen before and the best thing I can do is REST. In that case instead of hitting my 20 mile bike ride this morning, I am taking a rest day. I can tell it is the end of my marathon training, I am ready to get this thing DONE!
BREAKFAST
This morning I made a little Continental Breakfast 🙂
1 piece of whole wheat bread and some light butter.
Half a grapefruit
1/2 cup of Honest Food’s Strawberry Flax Cereal + 1/2 cup of Almond Milk + strawberries
3/4 cup of cottage cheese
Such a fun way to eat breakfast!
MUD RUN THIS WEEKEND!!!
I have a fun and exciting weekend coming up! Saturday I am running the SBSD Mud Run with my KB friends! It’s a 5k fun run that supports the Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital. I can’t wait, this is my second mud run and they are always so fun. I need a fun run in my life! Then on Sunday my Mom and I are hitting up the Taste of the Nations Food and Wine Festival in Santa Barbara thanks to the wonderful people at Foodbuzz!
