WE DID IT!!! Got through our first dinner party and ate all REAL food!!!!
I think letting our friends know about the challenge really helped ๐ To start with we had some fresh baked bread (we brought our own) with lots of healthy toppings. Roasted garlic, red bell peppers, olives, and basil.
Allanah baked a whole chicken with EVOO and Rosemary ๐
A HUGE salad.
They also offered us a Ginger Beer (non-alcoholic), the ingredients were ok, but I only drank a little because it was high in calories and carbs. I wanted to EAT all my calories ๐
My plate! The red potatoes were so savory. They had a little curry baked right in.
We brought dessert! Yep, you heard me right…we had DESSERT!
